At Just Sports, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused merchandise. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your sports gear.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the barcode is visible and all previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
